Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using LoveCount, you fully accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the application.

2. Minimum Age

Use of LoveCount is strictly reserved for persons aged 18 or older. By accepting these terms, you certify that you are of legal age. Any account belonging to a minor will be deleted without notice.

3. Personal Use

LoveCount is a personal intimate diary. You agree to:

• Only record data about yourself or persons who have given their informed consent
• Use nicknames to refer to your partners to protect their privacy
• Not use the app for surveillance, harassment, or coercion of any third party
• Not share identifiable information about third parties without their explicit consent
• Comply with the laws applicable in your country of residence

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to bypass the app's security mechanisms
• Sharing your account with third parties
• Using the app for commercial or advertising purposes
• Recording data about a person without their consent
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension

5. Intellectual Property

The LoveCount application, its source code, design, name, logo, and all its content are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

LoveCount offers an optional Premium subscription. Purchases are processed exclusively through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Google).

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period
• Cancellation must be done through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's policies
• No refund can be issued directly by LoveCount
• Prices may vary by region

7. Service Availability

LoveCount is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. We reserve the right to interrupt, modify, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, including for maintenance or technical reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• LoveCount is not liable for data loss due to technical failure
• LoveCount is not liable for uses contrary to these terms
• LoveCount is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• LoveCount's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify LoveCount against any claim, damage, or expense arising from your use of the app in violation of these terms.

10. Termination

LoveCount reserves the right to suspend or delete any account without notice for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If you reside in the European Union, you also benefit from the protections provided by your country's legislation.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated. In the event of a material change, you will be notified in the app at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
